TERMS & CONDITIONS
BOOKING REFERENCE NUMBER:
- You can only get booking reference number by booking online on this website www.mensactivities.org
- If you don't have a booking reference number, you're not booked.
- If you need assistance in booking online, please contact us on mensretreats@kenthurst.org.au
3-DAY (THU-SUN) RETREATS:
- To enable everyone to take full advantage of the 3-day retreats, please do not book one unless you intend to join from the beginning (Thursday evening).
- Joining the retreat from Friday 7:30 am is only acceptable on a case-by-case basis. Please speak to the director of your centre or find out from a person who may know him if this is your case.
- If after booking, you find that you cannot join the retreat until after 7:30 am on Friday, please consider cancelling your booking so that your place can be given to another who can take full advantage of all 3 days. Provided you give at least 3 weeks notice, your booking can be transferred to another retreat at no cost.
PAYMENTS:
- All activities (retreats or courses) must be fully paid 3 weeks before the start, unless an extension was requested. You will be sent a payment reminder 4 weeks before the start of the activity.
- 3 weeks before the start of the activity, any unpaid bookings will be automatically moved to the bottom of the waitlist.
CANCELLATIONS:
- If you cancel your booking within 7 days before the activity, you will forfeit your payment, unless there is a compassionate reason for your cancellation.
- Delete this line ==> More than 3 weeks before the activity: no penalty.
- Delete this line ==> Within 8-21 days before the activity: Penalty is 20% of the booking fee, except on compassionate grounds.
- Delete this line ==> Within 0-7 days before the activity: Penalty is 100% of the booking fee, except on compassionate grounds.
